Serves 4
4 classic buns trade
400g halloumi (or feta)
4 slices mimolette
100g mixed salad greens
1 egg
3 tbsp. tablespoons flour
6 tbsp. oil soup
1 pot of hummus Trade (200 g)
Stages of preparation
1. Cut the cheese into 8 slices, coat them in flour, then beaten egg omelet, try the operation and let dry cool.
2. Fry the slices 2 to 3 minutes per side in hot oil. Remove and pat dry on paper towels.
3. Cut the buns in half and let the toaster to toaster.
4. Spread the bases with a generous layer of hummus, spread some salad leaves, ask mimolette and 2 slices of halloumi, add another salad.
5. Place the caps, keep them with a wooden skewer and enjoy.
