Harvard Step Test: endurance



We offer here a redesigned and simplified testing of the Harvard Step Test.
Stand with one foot on a stair, go up and get a foot on the other to the rhythm of ascent and descent of every 3 seconds for 3 minutes. Next, take your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply by 6 to get your heart rate over a minute.

then interpret your results:

Over 130 pls / min Very Low endurance
Between 130 and 115 pls / min: Low
Between 114 and 85 pls / min: Medium
84-75 pls / min: Good
Less than 75 pls / min: Excellent
