veggie Burger

Serves 4

4 buns seeds or cereals
2 courgettes
1 parsnip
4 carrots
2 turnips golden ball
300 g of mozzarella
80 g salad (arugula, Capuchin beard or chicory)

2 tbsp. tablespoon shoyu (soy sauce)
8 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
sea salt
125g tahini sauce (oriental grocery stores)


Stages of preparation
