Stages of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cook them in salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and pass the potato ricer incorporating the butter and warm milk. Add salt and pepper and reserve.
2. Preheat oven to 200 ° C (th.7 / 8). Peel and slice the shallot. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the meat, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
3. Divide the ground meat in a buttered gratin dish and cover with mashed. Bake gratin and let 10 min. Serve hot.
