ham terrine with goat cheese and potato

Ingredients for 8 people

3 potatoes Roseval
8 slices of ham GOOD PARIS smoked HERTA
75 g of matches Smoke HERTA
300g nature spread to fresh goat cheese
1/2 red onion
1/2 bunch of chives
 1 pinch of pepper                                                                                                  
                                                                                                   


Stages of preparation 

1. Filming the bottom of a cake pan and upholster it with ham.
2. In a saucepan, cook the potatoes in their skins, pass them under cold water, peel them and cut them into slices. Fry the matches in a small pan and place them on paper towels.
3. Chop the red onion and chop chives and chervil. Gently mix the goat cheese with potatoes, chives and onion, matches, pepper. Divide this mixture into the ham, fold the ham slices pack it well and refrigerate 3 hours.
4. Turn out before serving and cut nice slices.
Tip: Serve this dish on a bed with a few cherry tomatoes salad.
