4 buns trade.
4 burgers
4 slices mimolette
4 slices of Emmental
1 large tomato
4 malossols pickles
80 g mixed salad
2 tbsp. tablespoons peanut oil
salt pepper
4 tbsp. Savora of mustard or ketchup.
Stages of preparation
1. Oil Coat the steaks then-Fry 2 to 3 minutes per side over medium heat. Salt and pepper.
2. To assemble: split into two in the thickness rolls and Toast them lightly in the toaster.
3,. Top them with mustard or ketchup, spread some salad leaves, place a slice of Emmental and a steak. Cover with a slice of mimolette, pickle slices, tomato and a salad bush.
4. Cover with hats, hold all with a large bamboo picnic and enjoy.
