4 movements abdominal RIPPED



For most guys, from the bottom up and the work is a great strategy when training abs, because your lower abs tend to be tougher than the top in terms of strength and definition. The idea is to develop a routine that works every muscle group in your abs in tandem to provide the balance you need.

The collection of movements below accomplishes this quite well, starting with two moves that target your abs, followed by an oblique work, and basic stabilization finisher. And as it is impossible to form part of the rectus abdominis, your six-pack muscles outside the other, your upper abs will have a lot of work, too, in this routine.
