8 things you must do before every workout



A solid pre-workout routine begins well before you get into shorts or breaking a sweat. And like everything else, preparation results in sloppy sloppy execution. This can lead to training sessions without inspiration or injury, both of which inhibit the strength and muscle gains or weight loss. So to help you develop a solid pre-training scheme, we asked Patrick Solano CSCS, a strength and conditioning specialist at the UFC Gym in Torrance, California, for his pre-training needs.
