Testing board: abdominal tone



On the ground, resting on forearms and toes, well flat trunk horizontally, keep as long as possible by timing position.

Interpret your results:

Less than 20 seconds Very low abdominal tone
Between 20 and 30 seconds: Low
Between 31 and 09 1minute: Average
Between 1 minute and 1 minute 10 30: Good
Over 1 minute 30: Excellent
